Clark 18-Year-Old Charged With Cyber Harassment

Clark Police also reported making arrests for drug possession, driving while intoxicated, shoplifting and more.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests last week including a township local for cyber harassment.

On April 18 at 7:08 p.m., police arrested Justin Duffy, 18, of Clark for cyber harassment threatening injury, police reported.

He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On April 17 at 5:47 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, police arrested Kristopher Cooper-Stanley, 33, of South Plainfield for hindering apprehension. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On April 17 at 6:23 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from a patron of L.A. Fitness at 1255 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Omer Olmeda was the investigating officer.

On April 18 at 9:08 a.m.: Police arrested Anthony Miller, 52, of Elizabeth for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $179.90, from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was also detained on outstanding warrants from Elizabeth and Westfield totaling $2,750 for contempt of court. He was released on the Clark charges pending a court date and subsequently turned over to the Westfield Police Department. Police Officer Mazhar Elwardany was the arresting officer.

On April 18 at 2:35 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Steve Deronceray, 26, of Roselle for possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and eluding. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Mazhar Elwardany was the arresting officer.

On April 18 at 9:28 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Tiffany Navarro, 27, of Newark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Brad Dustin was the arresting officer.

On April 19 at 1:19 a.m.: In the vicinity of 1255 Raritan Road, police arrested Roland Adewumi, 38, of East Orange for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $253.11 from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Brad Pitts was the arresting officer.

On April 20 at 11:15 p.m.: At 1300 Raritan Road, police arrested Barbara Tripaldi, 51, of Colonia for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the arresting officer.

On April 21 at 2:24 a.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested John Franco, 39, of Edison, New Jersey for DWI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.
