Clark Firefighters Battle 2 Car Fires In 2 Days
Watch this video as firefighters put out a fully engulfed car that was on fire on the Garden State Parkway on New Year's Day.
CLARK, NJ — Clark firefighters were busy the past two days battling two car fires in the township.
On New Year's Day, the Clark Fire Department was called at 1:29 p.m. to a car fire on the Garden State Parkway.
"Upon arrival the car was fully involved, there were no injuries and the occupant standing outside," said Clark Fire Chief Frank Cerasa.

Another car fire was reported on Tuesday in the Target parking lot at 1:54 p.m.

"Upon arrivial, the engine compartment was on fire. No injuries and the owners were outside," Cerasa said.
