Clark, Garwood Men Arrested For DUI, Marijuana Possession: Blotter
A Clark man and a Garwood man were among those arrested last week. One for DUI and the other for marijuana possession, police say.

CLARK, NJ — A Clark man and a Garwood man were among those arrested last week. One for DUI and the other for marijuana possession, police say.
Clark Police Blotter:
On March 13 at 8:03 p.m.: At 77 Central Avenue, police arrested Akunna Raymond-Williams, 37, of Brooklyn, New York for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $99.97, from the Marshall’s Department Store at 77 Central Avenue. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Brad Dustin was the Arresting Officer.

On March 16 at 7:43 a.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Leonard Draughn, 19, of Edison and Edward Martin, 23, of Linden for forgery and theft by deception. Mr. Martin was also charged with unlawful use of credit cards. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Det. Brandon Pitts was the Arresting Officer.
On March 17 at 6:35 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road and James Avenue, police arrested James Leonard, 53, of Garwood for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

On March 17 at 6:56 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Clifford Behler, 38, of Rahway on outstanding warrants from the Union County Sheriff’s Department and Bridgewater for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Arresting Officer.
On March 18 at 12:06 a.m.: In the vicinity of Wendell Place, police arrested Suzanne Dacosta, 46, of Elizabeth on an outstanding no bail warrant from Union County, New Jersey for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to Union County on their warrant. P.O. Paul Sosnowski was the Arresting Officer.
On March 18 at 8:03 p.m.: At 45 Central Avenue, police arrested Ankita Patel, 36, of Carteret for shoplifting from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Avenue. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Alex Yanes was the Arresting Officer.
On March 18 at 9:01 p.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested Viktor Tsybulskiy, 34, of South Amboy for possession of CDS, possession of CDS paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Sgt. George Marmarou was the Arresting Officer.
On March 18 at 9:16 p.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested Salman Ahmed, 27, of Iselin and Charles Claridge, 24, of Clark for possession of CDS. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. P.O. Tom Gucwa was the Arresting Officer.
On March 19 at 2:20 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Irene Tompas, 44, of Keyport for DUI. She was subsequently released pending a court date. P.O. Paul Sosnowski was the Arresting Officer.
