Clark Local Among 3 Arrested For DWI In New Providence
New Providence Police also made multiple arrests for drug possession and outstanding warrants.

NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ — A Clark local was among three to be arrested for driving while intoxicated in the New Providence, according to the police blotter.
On Oct. 5: Patrolman Jeffrey Bruder arrested Brian Moro, 28, of Clark for driving while intoxicated. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Mountain Ave. Moro was released pending a future court appearance.

On Sept. 24: Patrolman Jeffrey Bruder arrested Zoltan Juhasz, 41, of New Providence for driving while intoxicated. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Central Ave. Juhasz was released pending a future court appearance.
On Oct. 3: Patrolman Christian Cely arrested Thomas Yong, 29, of New Providence on multiple active warrants. The arrest stemmed from an investigation into a hit and run motor vehicle crash that occurred on Oct. 2. Yong was released after posting bail and pending future court appearance. Yong was issued multiple motor vehicle summonses in relation to the hit and run crash.

On Oct. 4: Patrolman Jeffrey Bruder arrested Angel Alvarado, 28, of Berkeley Heights on multiple outstanding warrants. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Mountain Ave. Alvarado was released pending future court appearances.
On Oct. 5: Sergeant Donald Sretenovic arrested Joselito Malibiran, 30, of Bayonne for possession of marijuana 50 grams or less. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on South St. Maibiran was processed and released pending a future court appearance.
On Oct. 5: Patrolman Andrew Lynch arrested William Birdsong, 51, of Kearny on an active warrant out of Monroe Township. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle stop on Diamond Hill Rd. Birdsong was turned over to the Monroe Township Police Department.
On Oct. 7: Patrolman Joseph DiParisi arrested Miraj Patel, 24, of Harrison for driving while intoxicated. The arrest stemmed from a one car crash that occurred on South St. Patel was processed and released pending a future court appearance.
