Clark Local Among 3 Charged With Shoplifting

Police also reported making arrests for drug possession and outstanding warrant recently.

CLARK, NJ — A Clark local was among three to be charged with shoplifting last week in town, according to the police blotter.

On Jan. 17 at 11:53 a.m.: Police arrested Thomas Twomey, 48, of Clark for shoplifting from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Nicholas Kurus was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 16 at 6:45 p.m.: Police arrested Keiva Kelshall, 21, of Newark and Centa Cooke, 20, of Bronx, New York for shoplifting merchandise valued at $831.67 from the Home Goods Store at 1255 Raritan Rd. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 15 at 10:38 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of wallet from a patron of Panera Bread at
1255 Raritan Rd. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 16 at 1:46 a.m.: In the vicinity of Joseph Street, police arrested Erick Boniela, 24, of Avenel on an outstanding warrant from East Brunswick in the amount of $1,000 for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the East Brunswick Police Department. Police Officer Brandon Pitts was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 16 at 6:49 p.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked in the lot of Retro Fitness at 225 Terminal Ave. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Omer Olmeda was the investigating officer.

On Jan. 17 at 7:14 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Christine Ndeogo, 24, of Staten Island, New York for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 19 at 1:34 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Floyd Height, 54, of Elizabeth for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
