Clark Man Among 4 Arrested On Drug-Related Charges: Police

Four people were arrested for drug-related crimes including a Clark resident who was in possession of a hypodermic needle: blotter

CLARK, NJ — Four people were arrested for drug-related crimes including a Clark resident who was in possession of a hypodermic needle, according to the police blotter.

Clark Police Blotter:

On Sept. 6 at 12:20 a.m.: In the vicinity of 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Lamar Sadler, age 29, married, a mailman of Newark for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Bruce McDonald was the Arresting Officer.

On Sept. 6 at 4:22 p.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Colonial Drive. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Marty Venezio was the Investigating Officer.

On Sept. 7 at 12:48 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Commerce Place, police arrested Albert Smith, 50, single, an IT Specialist of Clark on outstanding warrants totaling $2,646 from Aberdeen, Clark, Jersey City, Linden, Old Bridge, Plainfield and Scotch Plains for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Scotch Plains Police Department on their warrant. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Sept. 8 at 4:13 a.m.: In the vicinity of Broadway, police arrested Marvin Lapaix, age 19, single, unemployed of Rahway for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Sept. 10 at 4:11 p.m.: In the vicinity of Lexington Blvd., police arrested Christopher DiIorio, age 31, single, unemployed of Clark for possession of a hypodermic needle. He was subsequently turned over to the Dunellen Police Department on their warrant. Det. Alex Yanes was the Arresting Officer.

On Sept. 10 at 10:58 p.m.: In the vicinity of School Street and Central Avenue, police arrested Lateesha Flowers, age 29, single, a hair stylist of Newark for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Michael Ciaccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Sept. 11 at 3:12 p.m.: Police took a report of an attempted burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Lexington Blvd. The incident is under investigation. Det. Brian Soos was the Investigating Officer.
