Clark Man Arrested For DUI: Blotter

A motorcycle was also reported stolen from Malvern Drive in the Clark Police blotter.

CLARK, NJ — A Clark man was arrested for DUI in town, police report.

Sean Casey, 41, married, a customer service agent of Clark was arrested for DUI on Aug. 28 at 3:07 a.m. in the vicinity of Raritan Road, according to the Clark Police blotter.

He was subsequently released pending a court date. Sgt. Christian Lott was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 23 at 1:47 a.m.: At the Middlesex County Jail, police arrested Travis Jaimungal, 30, single, a mover of Colonia on an outstanding warrant from Clark in the amount of $2,500 for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Tom Gucwa was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 23 at 10:41 p.m.: In the vicinity of 196 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Erick David, 21, single, unemployed of Rahway for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Michael Ciaccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 24 at 10:30 a.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Nisim Abdiyev, 29, marital status unknown, employment status unknown, of Flushing, N.Y. for contempt of court and possession of CDS. Bail was set at $10,000, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Ricardo Oliveira was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 27 at 9:52 p.m.: In the vicinity of 45 Central Avenue, police arrested Davon Gordon, 35, single, a salesman of Newark on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 from Irvington for contempt of court. He was also charged with possession of fictitious plates, and he was found to have open warrants from Georgia and Virginia. He was subsequently released after posting bail pending a court date. P.O. Keith Meehan was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 28 at 3:01 a.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Latif Sargeant, 22, single, a driver of Jamaica, N.Y. for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Christopher Tuccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Aug. 28 at 9:40 a.m.: Police took a report of a stolen motorcycle which was removed from the front of a residence on Malvern Drive. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Investigating Officer.
