Clark Meeting Format During Coronavirus Emergency

The meeting dates and times remain as scheduled.

Due to the public health emergency caused by the Coronavirus, and the subsequent issuance of the Governor’s Executive Order 107, the Governing Body of the Township of Clark effectiveApril 6, 2020 and until further notice, will conduct meetings remotely by electronic means without providing a physical meeting place. The meeting dates and times remain as scheduled.

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 (the “Open Public Meetings Act”) and in adherence to the Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services (DLGS) guidelines, all meetings of the Governing Body will be open to the public by electronic means. Audio of the regular meetings held on the third Monday of the month will be broadcast live on TV 36.

Any member of the public wishing to participate in the meeting, can do so by emailing comments relative to agenda items or any governmental issue to the Municipal Clerk at clerk@ourclark.com or by texting to 908-347-8348. Agendas will be posted as usual on the Township’s official website at: www.ourclark.com All comments received will be read into the record during each Meeting’s Public Comment Portion, and will be addressed accordingly by the appropriate Township Official. All emails must include the public member’s full name and address for the record.
