Clark Police Arrest 4 On Charges Of Drugs, Warrants

Clark Police arrested 4 people including a town local on charges including having an outstanding warrant or drug related charges.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police arrested four people including a town local on charges including having an outstanding warrant or drug related charges.

On Nov. 4 at 8:56 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Damien Coleman, 39, of Newark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was also detained on outstanding warrants, totaling $2,000, out of Newark for contempt of court. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 5 at 12:32 a.m.: In the vicinity of Broadway, police arrested Clifford Burgess, 50, of Avenel on an outstanding warrant from the Union County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 5 at 12:22 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested [name removed] for theft. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 8 at 10:06 p.m.: Police arrested Diomedes Castillo, 26, of Clark for controlled dangerous substance(CDS) paraphernalia. He was also detained on outstanding warrants from Morris and Somerset counties for contempt of court. He was released on the Clark charge pending a court date, and he was subsequently turned over to the Morris County Sheriff’s Department. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
