Clark Police Arrest 5 For Shoplifting, Drugs
A car was also reportedly stolen from a Clark home last week in the township, according to the police blotter.

CLARK, NJ — Five people were arrested last week including a Clark local for shoplifting, according to the police blotter.
On Feb. 8 at 3:29 p.m., Mohamed Gharib, 48, of Clark was arrested for shoplifting from the ShopRite supermarket at 76 Central Ave, Clark Police report.
He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer, police report.

On Feb. 5 at 9:01 p.m.: Police arrested Kraig Bragg, 35, of Rahway for shoplifting from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Ave. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from Rahway for
contempt of court. He was released on the Clark charges pending a court date and subsequently turned over to the Rahway Police Department on their warrant. Police Officer Brandon Pitts was the arresting officer.

On Feb. 6 at 5:51 a.m.: Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle which was removed from a residence on Gertrude Street. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the investigating officer.
On Feb. 7 at 2:36 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound connector, police arrested Alice Tuck, 21, of Carteret for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
On Feb. 7 at 11:41 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Adam Socci, 28, of Linden for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Feb. 8 at 9:01 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested David Pieczyrak, 20, of Linden for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.
