Clark Police Charge 3 With Driving Under The Influence

A theft was also reported at the LA Fitness in town recently, according to police.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police charged three people with driving under the influence last week.

Clark Police blotter:

On Aug. 23 at 6:51 a.m.: In the vicinity of Lexington Boulevard, police arrested Julian Guerra, 31, of Clifton for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the arresting officer.

On Aug. 24 at 1:41 a.m.: In the vicinity of Stone Street in Rahway, police arrested, Catherine Courtot, 28, of Elizabeth for DUI. She was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Aug. 24 at 3:44 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Ralph Easterling, 46, of Union for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Tom Gucwa was the arresting officer.

On Aug. 25 at 5:22 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from a patron of L.A. Fitness at 1255 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Brandon Pitts was the investigating officer.
