September 13, 2021 STORM DEBRIS PICK-UP CONTINUES Clark’s Department of Public Works has received over 400 requests for bulk pick-up after Tropical Storm Ida. DPW has collected monumental amounts of debris and will continue to do so as residents need. Those citizens requiring a first or additional pick-up should email DPW at dpw@ourclark.com or call 732-428-8402 with an address. Please register your request with our office so we can keep track of township expenditures for FEMA. Clark renters and homeowners affected by the storm may be eligible for help from FEMA too. Before calling FEMA, residents are reminded to file a claim with their own homeowners’ or renters’ insurance before FEMA, as they will not duplicate benefits covered by personal policies. To apply visit disasterassistance.gov/ or download the FEMA App on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Those in need can also call 800-621-3362, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
