Drugs, Car Burglary, Fraud Reported In Clark
Clark Police arrested eight people on charges including drug possession, credit card fraud and outstanding warrants.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police arrested eight people on charges including drug possession, credit card fraud and outstanding warrants.

On Dec. 11 at 10:23 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested
Jada Lewis, 21, of Newark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On Dec. 11 at 11:09 p.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at
1255 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Brad Dustin was the investigating officer.
On Dec. 14 at 12:35 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound entrance ramp,
police arrested Dorion McPherson, 32, of Somerset and Crystal Ghanem, 29, of South Plainfield for possession of CDS. McPherson was also detained on outstanding warrants from Bound Brook, Plainfield, Rahway and Robbinsville totaling $1,850, for contempt of court. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On Dec. 14 at 1:57 p.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Felix Placido, 31, of Passaic for credit card theft. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 14 at 9:42 p.m.: At 208 Gibson Blvd., police arrested Alexander Hayhurst, 23, of Nutley for contempt of court. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from Belleville in the amount of $1,000 for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Belleville Police Department. Police OfficerMichael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 17 at 2:08 a.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Somali Abdus, 26, of Union on outstanding warrants from Roselle and Roselle Park totaling $1,750, for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Roselle Police Department. Police Officer Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 18 at 11:03 a.m.: In the vicinity of Riverside Drive, police arrested Toya Blaine, 29, of Edison and
Dino Cerrone, 50, of Rahway for possession of CDS paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. Blaine was also detained on a no bail warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. Both individuals were released on the Clark charges pending court dates, and Blaine was subsequently
turned over to the Essex County Sheriff’s Department on their warrant. Police Officer Mateusz Pazdan was the arresting officer.
