Drugs, Shoplifting, Warrant Arrests Reported In Clark

Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges including possession of drugs, shoplifting and outstanding warrants.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges including possession of drugs, shoplifting and outstanding warrants.

Clark Police blotter:

On Oct. 13 at 3:11 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested a 33-year-old man from South Amboy for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS). He was subsequently remanded to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 15 at 8:51 a.m.: Police arrested a 47-year-old woman from Hillside for shoplifting merchandise valued at $117.44 from the Whole Foods Supermarket at 1255 Raritan Road. She was
subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 22 at 9:44 a.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Shamykia Banks, 41, of Somerset on an outstanding warrant from Clark for contempt of court. She was subsequently taken to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 23 at 4:08 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Rojdre Jones, 27, of Irvington on an outstanding warrant from Irvington for contempt of court. He was subsequently taken to the Irvington Police Department. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.
