CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges of drug possession, shoplifting and outstanding warrants.

Clark Police blotter:

On April 22 at 7:29 p.m.: Police arrested William Hamelers, 25, of Linden for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.

On April 23 at 2:29 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from the rear yard of a residence on Devon Lane. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the investigating officer.

On April 23 at 9:49 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound connector, police arrested Fernando Ferro, 44, of Passaic Park on outstanding warrants, totaling $3,849.43, from the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office and Fort Lee for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On April 24 at 5:12 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Shawn Perrette, 36, of Clark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.

On April 25 at 4:12 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Tyrone Jenkins, 24,of Elizabeth for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $682, from the Ulta Cosmetics Store at 1255 Raritan Road. He was also charged with use of a juvenile to commit a crime and hindering apprehension. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Detective Sgt. Chris Lott was the arresting officer.

On April 25 at 11:24 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Blancsun Altidor, 24, of Newark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On April 27 at 10:40 a.m.: Police took a report of a multiple thefts of items from lockers at L.A. Fitness at 1255 Raritan Road. The incidents are under investigation. Police Officer Mazhar Elwardany was the investigating officer.
