DWI, Drugs, Theft Arrests Made In Clark
Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges of theft, shoplifting, drug possession, hindering and driving while intoxicated.
CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges of theft, shoplifting, possession of drugs, hindering and driving while intoxicated recently.
Clark Police blotter:
On Jan. 21 at 7:18 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Michelle Homem Gonnella, 34, of Roselle for theft by deception and unlawful use of credit cards. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 23 at 1:52 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Alerik Loyal, 35,of Newark for shoplifting from the Marshall’s Department Store at 77 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.
On Jan. 24 at 9:14 a.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Richard Eaton, 59, of West Chester, Pennsylvania for theft by deception and unlawful use of credit cards. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 25 at 1:24 a.m.: In the vicinity of Broadway, police arrested Dayquan Gross, 24, of Rahway for hindering apprehension. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Jan. 25 at 11:59 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Jacob Settle, 25, of Linden and Clarissa McBryde, 25, of Union for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). Settle was also charged with DWI, and both persons were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Jan. 26 at 1:58 p.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested Shawn Davis, 35, of Jersey City for possession of CDS. He was also detained on an outstanding warrant from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was released on the Clark charge pending a court date and subsequently turned over to the Hudson County Sheriff’s Department on their warrant. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.
