Elizabeth Man Arrested For $9,000 Worth Of Outstanding Warrants: Police

Clark Police reported one arrest last week in the blotter for an Elizabeth man on $9,000 worth of outstanding warrants.

Clark, NJ -- On April 14 at 11:43 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Sunset Drive, police arrested Willie Jones, age 64, single, a construction worker of 150 Elmora Avenue, Apt. #9 in Elizabeth on outstanding warrants totaling $9,000 from Clark, Cranford and Newark for contempt of court.

He was also charged with hindering apprehension and subsequently turned over to the Newark Police Department. P.O. Bruce McDonald was the Arresting Officer.
