Free Body Conditioning Classes at Clark Rec Center

Free Body Conditioning Classes at Clark Recreation Center weekly on Wednesdays from 6:30 t0 7:30 p.m. No registration required.

Strengthen and tone all your major muscle groups using light weights and resistance bands with an emphasis on the core. Each class ends with a relaxing stretch. Bring a mat and a pair of three to five pound weights.

Classes begin in September and run weekly.
