Fun 'N Fit Aerobics has been offering sound, challenging and convenient exercise classes to area residents for newarly 30 years. This program is really fun! Not only does the music motivate you, but the instructors and the friendly atmosphere also get you going. You can do this!
A new seven-week session begins April 11. The cost for all 7 weeks is $70. Participants can attend as many one-hour classes as they desire during their 7-week session.
Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 a.m. at St.Paul's United Church of Christ, 213 Center Street in Garwood.
