The Internationally renowned pianist Simon Nabatovmakes will give a rare New York area performance at LightSoundSpace. This event will take place this evening at 7:30pm. Tickets are $25 at door or in advance. LightSoundSpace is located at 1591 Irving Street, Rahway.
Simon Nabatov is a virtuosic jazz pianist of the highest order. His musical education began at the age of 3 in Moscow with his musician father the first teacher. He attended the Central School of Music and Moscow Conservatory, and after his family emigrated and settled in New York in 1979, Nabatov continued his studies at the Juilliard School Of Music. By that time his interest and involvement in jazz and improvised music grew strong enough to make them his main activity.
