Teen Yoga at Clark Library

Join certified yoga instructor Sharon Waldman for a teen-friendly introduction to the benefits of Yoga. Get ready to learn about Yoga and try some fun poses including Downward Facing Dog and Warrior! Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or large towel, and a bottle of water.

Open to all teens in 6th through 12th grade.  All are welcome, regardless of experience.
