The Exploration Studio has officially opened the doors to creativity, activity and fun for all ages. The innovative and totally-remodeled studio, located in Clark Village, 1055A Raritan Road in Clark, offers unique and educational classes and programs designed to enrich and entertain preschoolers to adults.

Does your preschooler love to experiment with watercolors? Have you always wanted to learn to knit? Would your tweens enjoy a safe hangout outside the house? Looking to catch up with girlfriends by doing something artistic together? Searching for a local place to host a creative and stress-free child’s birthday party? Stretch your imagination, tap into creativity and explore an enormous range of activities, classes and workshops taught by experienced instructors.

Lifelong Clark resident and The Exploration Studio’s founder Vicki Herbig brings over 35 years of educational program development experience for one of the nation’s leading non-profits, responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative, enriching and fun programs for both children and adults. Vicki has long been invested in the community and youth development. Since 2008, she has volunteered as the Assistant Girls Gymnastics Coach at Arthur L. Johnson High School and has also served on numerous youth-directed program committees at both the local and national level. She holds a B.A. in Physical Education and Health from Kean University.

“With so much of our world online and electronic, it’s important to provide our kids – and ourselves – with alternative outlets where we can be social with friends, meet new friends and allow our imaginations to soar,” said Vicki Herbig, founder and owner of The Exploration Studio. “The Studio has been carefully designed to provide something for everyone – classes, workshops and parties that will appeal to all ages and interests.”
