As of 2:38 a.m., there's a crash and overturned tractor trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike outer roadway northbound entrance ramp Interchange 13 - I-278/Goethals Bridge in Elizabeth, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation. All lanes are closed and detoured, the agency said.
