Food Network's Chopped Champion Eric LeVine Offer Summer Tasting Menu

Clark, NJ - Chef Eric LeVine of Food Network Chopped Champion Chef and owner of Paragon Tap & Table on Central Ave is bringing fine dining to Clark without the price tag.

LeVine is introducing P2: Taste Of Summer Tasting Menu. This six course menu is created and designed by LeVine and represents the love of summer.

The P2 prix fixe menu will continuously change and is only offered Thursday through Sunday for $45 per person for the tasting menu and for an additional $20 you can opt to have the bar expert add a craft beer or wine pairing to your experience.

Here is what P2 offers:

Course 1:

Watermelon Gazpacho | Feta | Shrimp | Mint

Course 2:

Smoked Duck | Apple | Blue Cheese | Mache

Course 3:

Pork Belly| Corn | Flour

Course 4:

Fava | Salmon | Fiddlehead | Lemon

Course 5:

Beer | Mushroom | Potato

Dessert:

Berry - Frozen | Custard | Stir Fry
