CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests on charges of forgery, shoplifting and drug possession.
Clark Police blotter:
On Jan. 28 at 5:48 p.m.: In the vicinity of Walnut Avenue, police arrested Elisabeth Harvey, 27, of Fanwood for forgery. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 29 at 12:45 a.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Jean Francois, 32, of Newark for possession and distribution of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Jan. 29 at 2:27 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Kristyn Billias, 32, of Colonia for theft. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On Jan. 30 at 6:08 a.m.: Police arrested Dominic Pirozzi, 59, of Maplewood for shoplifting merchandise valued at $373.94 from the Shoprite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Tom Gucwa was the arresting officer.
On Jan. 30 at 3:08 p.m.: At headquarters, police took a report of a theft of a cell phone from a locker of a patron of 24 Hour Fitness at 140 Central Ave. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Sergio D’Andrea was the investigating officer.
On Jan. 31 at 9:40 a.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested Tamar Robinson, 37, of Edison for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
On Feb. 2 at 8:54 a.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested William O’Neal, 52, of Irvington and Mark Washington, 55, of Irvington for shoplifting from the Shoprite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Alexander Ruiz and Police Officer Christopher Tuccio were the arresting officers.
On Feb. 3 at 9:21 a.m.: In the vicinity of Broadway, police arrested John Rato, 20, of Cranford for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
