Clark, NJ -- A burglary to a township resident’s home, stolen packages, DWI arrest and more were reported last week in the Clark Police blotter.

Feb. 23 at 4:36 p.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a residence on Fulton Street. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Ricardo Oliveira was the Investigating Officer.

Feb. 23 at 7:26 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of a package from the front porch of a residence on Sandlewood Drive. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Ted McKeown was the Investigating Officer.

Feb. 23 at 10:15 p.m.: In the vicinity of St. Georges Avenue in Rahway, police arrested Kimberly Deeb, age 43, single, a marketing representative of 2054 Prospect Street in Rahway for DWI. She was subsequently released pending a court date. P.O. Theodore McKeown was the Arresting Officer.

Feb. 24 at 2:23 p.m.: In the vicinity of 1010 Raritan Road, police arrested Yusef Smith, age 25, single, a shipping clerk of 55A Sherman Avenue in Newark on outstanding warrants, totaling $2,214 from Basking Ridge, Roxbury Township and Springfield, New Jersey for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Basking Ridge Police Department. P.O. Mazhar Elwardany was the Arresting Officer.

Feb. 25 at 6:38 p.m.: In the vicinity of Schuyler Drive, police arrested Eric Chester, age 54, marital status unknown, a consultant, of 56 Norwood Avenue in Plainfield for burglary, theft and aggravated assault. Bail was set at $40,000, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Tom Gucwa was the Arresting Officer.

Feb. 26 at 4:40 p.m.: At 1010 Raritan Road, police arrested Devon Briggs, age 21, single, unemployed of 716 Valley Street in Orange, New Jersey and Ibn Mason, age 24, single, unemployed of 581 Thomas Boulevard in Orange for unlawful use of credit cards. Also arrested was Ezekiel Guevara, age 22, single, unemployed of 908 South 16th Street in Newark for forgery and theft by deception. All three individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Sgt. Antonio Manata was the Arresting Officer.
