SOME TIME IN JANUARY. BUILDING  B   IS  A MARKET
APARTMENT SITE WITH 77 APARTMENTS.
THE CLARK SENIORS HOUSING CORP HAVE NO SAY ABOUT WHAT THE RENT COST WILL BE. THATS THE  OWNER WHO SETS THE RATES.
WE NEVER SET OUT TO PROVIDE  ANY HIGH RENT
UNITS.  ONLY AFFORDTABLE FOR SENIORS ON
FIXED INCOME.
