It's Not Too Late to Register for YMCA Programs
The Gateway Family YMCA Offers Swimming Lessons, Dance, Gymnastics, Tae Kwon Do, Group Exercise, Water Exercise and Youth Sports

It's not too late to register for YMCA Fall 2 and November Program Sessions at www.tgfymca.org
YMCA Fall 2 programs include Swimming Lessons for ages 6 months through adults, Youth Dance, Tae Kwon Do, Gymnastics, Sports Programs including Soccer, Basketball, Sports Sampler and Youth Wellness. These programs are being offered in a 7-week program session which begins November 1. Programs are available for registration online at www.tgfymca.org and choices include private or group swimming lessons to meet the needs of everyone.
November monthly programs include Group Exercise programs like Yoga, Zumba, Standing Chair Fitness, Outdoor Cycling, Water Exercise programs like H2O Running, Deep Water Aerobics, Water Exercise, Chronic Disease Self-Management Programs like Diabetes Empowerment Education Program, Enhance Fitness for Arthritis and Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring, Personal Training and more!
