Linden ShopRite Undergoes Major Renovation
The updated store offers expanded organic offerings, new energy-efficient cases, an on-site registered dietitian, and more.
LINDEN, NJ — ShopRite of Linden recently held a grand reopening following a major renovation and modernization on Oct. 13.
The store at Route 1 North and N. Stiles Street in Linden now features new chef-inspired meals, along with a broad selection of organic, local, and gluten-free foods and a variety of products of all types of cuisine including Caribbean, Asian, Hispanic and Eastern European.
The store also has new hot foods, grill, bakery, delicatessen, sushi and fresh produce departments.

An on-site registered dietitian, who will provide free nutrition counseling and one-on-one consultations for customers and staff, is also available. Dietitian services include free supermarket tours, support groups, weight management classes and kids and adult cooking classes with in-store product samplings. A Free Fruit for Kids program is available to kids ages 12 and younger who can receive a banana, clementine or other seasonal fruit while shopping with a parent or guardian.
The new ShopRite also features environmentally-friendly refrigerated cases and a more streamlined layout.
