A northern New Jersey man accused of killing and dismembering his girlfriend has been indicted on murder charges, according to the njherald.com.
Union County prosecutors say 44-year-old Matthew Ballister III also faces charges of burglary, desecrating human remains, hindering apprehension, making terroristic threats and weapons offenses in the indictment made public Wednesday. He remains jailed on $5.25 million bail, according to the njherald.com.
