Man Wanted In Scam Of Elderly Union County Resident

The man, claiming to work for the water department, entered the home of an elderly resident, Rahway Police report.

RAHWAY, NJ — Authorities have released a composite sketch and photo of a vehicle wanted in connection with a scam of an elderly Union County resident.

A person claiming to work for the water department entered the home of an elderly resident, Rahway Police reported.

The suspect is described as a white man with a beard, approximately 5'5" in height, who fled in a 1990s or early 2000s blue or black Ford F-150 with a silver stripe along the bottom, police report.
