Notice is hereby given that the Township of Clark is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.5 et seq.

Sealed Proposals (RFP responses) will be received by the Township of Clark, Union County, New Jersey and opened and read in public by the Township Clerk or Business Administrator on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, in the Clark Township Municipal Building, Room 30, 430 Westfield Avenue, Clark, New Jersey 07066, at which time and place responses shall be opened and made available to the public for inspection.

Respondents shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27.
