Paragon Tap & Table In Clark To Open Sept. 10

The Paragon Restaurant Group LLC is bringing its unique, American Gastropub experience to Union County with the opening of Paragon Tap & Table in Clark, NJ. Led by the talented team from the Morris Tap & Grill Restaurant (MTG, Randolph, NJ) who has offered Morris County a great place to meet for top notch craft beer and food since opening in 2011. Winner of the “Diners’ Choice Award” - OpenTable in 2014, MTG has become the destination for happy hour, family dining, and romantic nights out.


Led by Award Winning Chef Eric LeVine (“Chopped Champion”, “Chef of the Year” - Restaurant Guild International) and General Manager Michael DeSimone (“Best Craft Beer Bar”, NJ Monthly), Paragon Tap & Table will be opening its doors on September 10, 2014. Chef Eric and Michael will bring their harmonious collaboration of upscale food and craft beer and spirits to a sophisticated yet comfortable environment.


Paragon Tap & Table (@ParagonTap) located directly off of Exit 135 (in the Target Shopping Center) will feature Chef Eric’s award winning creations paired with 20 artisan craft beers on tap. The GastroPub experience will be enhanced by our friendly and knowledgeable staff; 5 large screen TVs in the bar area; and a special private dining room.
