Elizabeth Police are searching for Chelsea Roman who was last seen on Wednesday. She is described as being a white girl, 5-foot-3-inches tall, weighing 240 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and light complexion. Roman's birthday is Sept. 11, 2006.
