Ro's cheesy steak sandwich

Ro's cheesy steak sandwich 
2 lb London broil with some good marbling through out
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Evoo
3 onions thinly sliced
 3 green peppers thinly sliced 
1/2 lb mozzarella thinly sliced 
6 Italian torpedo rolls

Cut your London broil in half and place it top side up against your electric slicer and carefully slice as paper thin as u can. Once all sliced , spread onto wax paper and drizzle evoo on and season with salt,pepper,onion an garlic powders. Add the meat to a zip loc qt bag and get all air out and refrigerate for at least an hour. When ready to make , remove the meat and let it get to room temp. In a sauté pan add 2 rounds of evoo ,once hot add the sliced onions an peppers and cook till soft, set aside. On a griddle or pan , what ever pan you have, throw your meat onto the griddle and  the amount of your peppers an onions that u want on the sandwich ,add just a tad of evoo cook till brown and peppers/onions r heated through. Meanwhile turn oven to broil and slice your bread add the meat with the peppers/onions and 2 slices ontop of mozzarella and place on a sheet of foil under the broiler and watch till the cheese melts. Remove and serve.
