Shoplifting, Criminal Mischief, DUI Reported In Clark

Clark Police reported making multiple shoplifting and DUI arrests.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple shoplifting and DUI arrests.

Clark Police Blotter:

On June 19 at 5:49 a.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at
a residence at 1571 Raritan Rd. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the investigating officer.

On June 19 at 9:24 a.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at
a residence at 1663 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael Somma was the investigating officer.

On June 20 at 4 p.m.: Police arrested Charles Rean 3rd, 32, of Roselle, New Jersey for receiving stolen
property. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Det. Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On June 22 at 10:09 p.m.: In the vicinity of Dorset Drive, police arrested Ryszard Jastrzebski, 66, of Linden for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Mateusz Pazdan was the
arresting officer.

On June 22 at 2:06 p.m.: Police arrested Jarell Hubert, 21, of Hillside for shoplifting merchandise valued at $35.97 from the Marshall’s Department Store at 77 Central Ave. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the arresting officer.

On June 22 at 3:53 p.m.: In the vicinity of Walnut Avenue, police arrested Antonio Guelho, 46, of Elizabeth for shoplifting merchandise valued at $151.80 from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was also charged with resisting arrest and eluding, and he was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the arresting officer.

On June 24 at 6:07 p.m.: Police arrested Sadiqua Mitchell, 23, of Irvington for shoplifting merchandise
valued at $489 from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Ave. She was also detained on outstanding warrants from Essex County and subsequently transported to the Essex County Jail. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the arresting officer.
