CLARK, NJ — Three shoplifting arrests and three drug arrests were among those in the police blotter last week in Clark.

Clark Police Blotter:

On Jan. 23 at 9:56 a.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to an unlocked motor vehicle that was parked in front of a residence on Stanton Street. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Pedro Oliveira was the Investigating Officer.

On Jan. 27 at 5:12 p.m.: At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Philip Micele, age 56, married, self-employed of Bayonne for shoplifting from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 CentralAvenue. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Ricardo Oliveira was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 28 at 10:33 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Jevaughn Travers, age 19, single, a student of Plainfield, Kareem Stanley, age 22, single, a restaurant worker of Plainfield, and Zarif Harden, age 21, single, a restaurant worker of Plainfield for possession of CDS and unlawful use of credit cards. All three individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. P.O. Michael DeAngelo and P.O. Paul Sosnowski were the Arresting Officers.

On Jan. 28 at 5:04 p.m.: At 1255 Raritan Road, police arrested Allison Schultz, age 37, married, a teacher of Jersey City for shoplifting from the Whole Foods Supermarket at 1255 Raritan Road. She was also charged with possession of CDS and was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Paul Sosnowski was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 28 at 6:14 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from a locker at L.A. Fitness at 1255 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Terrance Harrison was the Investigating Officer.

On Jan. 28 at 9:34 p.m.: At 76 Central Avenue, police arrested Andre Myrick, age 50, single, unemployed, address unknown for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $735.33, from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Avenue. He was released pending a court date on the Clark charges and subsequently transported to the South Plainfield Police Department on their no bail warrant. P.O. Terrance Harrison was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 28 at 11 p.m.: At 186 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Steven Alvarenga, age 27, single, unemployed of Jersey City for possession of CDS, possession CDS paraphernalia and hindering apprehension. Also arrested was Norielys Tavares, age 22, married, unemployed of Jersey City for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. P.O. Bruce McDonald was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 29 at 9:01 p.m.: At 1255 Raritan Road, police arrested Andrew Garcia, age 20, single, a student of Elizabeth, Alexandre DaSilva, age 19, single, unemployed of Elizabeth, Patrick Alves, age 19, single, a student of Elizabeth and Diego Pellejero, age 19, single, a driver of Elizabeth for possession of CDS. All four individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Sgt. Miguel Acabou was the Arresting Officer.
