Shoplifting, Warrant Arrests Made In Clark

Clark Police reported making four arrests on charges including shoplifting, warrants and unsworn falsification​.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making four arrests on charges including shoplifting, warrants and unsworn falsification.

Clark Police blotter:

On Nov. 13 at 12:39 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Deborah Nazaire, 26, of Hillside on an outstanding warrant from Scotch Plains totaling $750, for contempt of court.
She was subsequently turned over to the Scotch Plains Police Department. Police Officer Sergio D’Andrea was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 14 at 1:46 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Stefan Kosinski, 37, of Jersey City for shoplifting merchandise valued at $300 from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Ave. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 14 at 5:15 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Nisim Abdiyev, 31, of Flushing, New York on outstanding warrants, totaling $728, from Atlantic City and Forked River for contempt of court. He was also charged with making terroristic threats, and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Alex Yanes was the arresting officer.

On Nov. 15 at 12:58 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested Michee Joseph, 25, of Roselle for unsworn falsification. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
