Clark Police reported making two arrests for theft by deception and drug possession last week.
CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making two arrests for theft by deception and drug possession last week.
Clark Police blotter:
On Feb. 8 at 2:29 p.m.: At 2 Broad Street in Elizabeth, police arrested Shamir Townsend, 24, of Plainfield for theft by deception. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On Feb. 10 at 1:07 p.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested Robert Transkey, 46, of Colonia for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS) paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Nicholas Kurus was the arresting officer.
