VIDEO: Daughter of Clark's James Nelson, Port Authority Officer, Reads Names at 9/11 Memorial
Caitlin Nelson took the podium to read victims' names and pay tribute to her dad.
While residents gathered at James Nelson Memorial Park in Clark to honor her father and all those lost on 9/11, Caitlin Nelson was at Ground Zero, reading the names of victims and sending a special message to her dad:
"And my father, James Nelson, Port Authority police officer. Daddy – Mommy, Annie and I love you and miss you everyday. Butterfly kisses always."
Nelson, 40, was a Port Authority police officer and lived in Clark with his wife Roseanne and two daughters Anne and Caitlin. Nelson died while working at the scene to save others when the towers collapsed. He was the only Clark resident lost on Sept. 11.
