The Y adheres to all state health and safety regulations. This includes staff and member temperature checks and health questions, social distancing, and adults wearing masks indoors at all times except when in the pool or when doing so would inhibit that individual’s health.
At this time, the cardio room, strength training room and weight room are open at 25% capacity. The Y is offering 32 group exercise classes per week available indoors, outdoors and virtually. Lap swim is also available. Each of these programs utilizes an easy reservation system.
