Slow cooked pork loin with a garlic bourbon gravy
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons chile sauce
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1/4 cup jack daniels bourbon
Mix the above ingredients, place the pork loin fat side up into your crock-pot, pour the gravy on top, cover and set the crock-pot on High for about 4 hours,turn to low for 2 more hours. Slice and serve. To thicken the gravy add some corn starch to cold water ,dissolve an pour into crock and stir.
