Woman's Body Found Floating In Lake At Warinanco Park

ROSELLE, NJ — A woman's body was found floating in the lake at Warinanco Park on Monday morning sparking an investigation.

The body of a woman was reported just after 7 a.m. at the Union County park in Roselle, said Andrew Moran, director of Union County Public Safety.

Union County Police, Paramedics, Roselle and Elizabeth Fire Departments responded. The woman was pronounced dead by paramedics at 7:21 a.m., Moran said.

Union County Police Detectives and Medical Examiners Office are investigating. It is not being investigated as a suspicious death, Moran said.

No identification has been made at this time.
