$3,000 Reward Offered For Information in Winslow Shooting

A 13-year-old girl and a 56-year-old woman, both innocent bystanders, were injured during a gunfight on July 7.

Winslow Police are offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the July 7 shooting on Haywood Drive in Winslow’s Sicklerville neighborhood, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Winslow Police Chief Robert Stimelski announced on Thursday.

At least two people engaged in a gunfight in the street about 12:45 a.m. Stray rounds struck two people in their homes during the shooting.

One victim, a 13-year-old female, was struck in the lower back while sleeping in her bedroom. A round came through the wall of her home on the first block of Hathaway Drive shortly before 12:45 a.m. She was discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home.

A second person, a 56-year-old woman who also lives on the first block of Hathaway Drive, was cut by broken glass sprayed when bullets entered her bedroom.
