GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — A "Jersey Cash 5" player won nearly $1.5 million in Saturday's drawing, the New Jersey Lottery said.
The $1,490,773 jackpot was won on a ticket that was sold at "Super Lucky 7 Deli & Convenience" (350 S Broadway).
The player matched all five balls (03,18,27,31,43), and the store will receive a $2,000 bonus.
A collection of 49 other players matched four out of the five balls and the Bullseye (27) to win $500 each. In that group, 11 of the players multiplied the prize to $1,500 by playing the XTRA (03).
The jackpot was reset to $150,000, and as of publishing, has reached $237,000 ahead of Tuesday night's drawing.
