On May 31, at around 3:30 a.m., Collingswood Police responded to a home in the 100 block of East Summerfield Avenue for a report of a home invasion robbery.

A husband and wife in their 80s were both home at the time.

The husband told authorities that the two men, one of whom was armed with a pocket-style knife, broke into the home, punched him in the face, and demanded the location of gold coins.

They dragged the man up the stairs to where his wife was lying on the floor with a bag over her head.

He was told that if he moved, they would kill his wife, according to authorities.

The men left with money and gold valued at around $5,000.

Using surveillance video, cellular data, and other evidence, officials said they were able to identify Sanabria as one of the men who was responsible.

He was charged on June 23 and taken into custody on July 8 in Philadelphia.

Sanabria will be held in Pennsylvania to await extradition to New Jersey.

No further information was released regarding the active and ongoing search for the second man.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Camden County Prosecutor's Office at (856) 225-5127 and the Collingswood Police Department at (856) 854-1901.
