Camden County Commissioner Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. was joined by Mayor Victor Carstarphen, Joseph Divis, interim president, AT&T New Jersey, and representatives from Hopeworks and Rowan University for a special event to announce AT&T’s support for two programs that help Camden’s young people prepare for college and careers.
