Over a one month span in the fall of 2011, Love sold a confidential informant three assault rifles, including one with compatible ammunition, a stolen 9mm Ruger handgun with compatible ammunition and a shotgun, according to documents filed in the case and statements made in court. All the weapons, sold between October and November of 2011, are now in the custody of law enforcement, Fishman said.

Fishman credited special agents of the ATF, under the direction of Acting Special Agent in Charge George Belsky, with the investigation leading to today’s sentencing.
