Camden County Prosecutor's Office Seeks Forensic Nurse Examiners for Sexual Assault Victims

All applicants must be registered nurses with at least two years of recent clinical experience.

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking registered nurses to be trained as forensic nurse examiners certified in sexual assault.

The role of the nurses will be to collect evidence necessary for convicting rapists and offering dignity and understanding to those who are the victims of sexual assault.

The positions are per diem and require 40 hours per month of on-call time.

All applicants must be registered nurses with at least two years of recent clinical experience and be available to complete the Basic Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) Course for certification through the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

The Forensic Nurse Examiner Unit of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is currently conducting interviews for the positions.
