Collingswood Man Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting Teen: Police
Jason Wagner was convicted by a jury on Wednesday, police said.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A Collingswood man has been convicted by a jury of sexual assaulting a minor, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Collingswood Police Chief Kevin Carey announced on Wednesday.
Jason Wagner, 46, was found guilty of first-degree aggravated sexual assault after a three-week trial. He was also convicted of second-degree sexual assault, second-degree attempted aggravated sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree attempted sexual assault, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.
During the trial, Deputy First Assistant Prosecutor Grace MacAulay presented evidence and testimony that convinced a jury that Wagner sexually assaulted a 13-year-old boy multiple times between September of 2008 and June of 2009, authorities said.

He faces between 25 and 50 years in prison. His bail was revoked, and he will remain in jail pending sentence, which is scheduled for Feb. 2, 2018.
